To provide a means for a more democratic process for individual
homeowners of the association.
To empower each individual homeowner the ability to easily
obtain knowledge and understanding, of the state of affairs, that affects our
homes and property.
To have a cohesive association, where every homeowner can
include themselves, in the process of creating our sanctuary, to be a place of
pride, beauty and stability.
To increase our property values.
